If you were hurt badly by someone who you trusted as a friend or a family, could you ever forgive that person?

Forgive but never forget.

I struggle with forgiveness in general but sometimes I am able to. I never fully trust them again though.

I have a hard time forgiving anyone that hurts me. It would probably depend heavily on whether or not they meant to hurt me, or did it knowing that I would be hurt by it.

It’s a worn saying but forgive but never forget!
