How do i stop being so gosh darn needy?

I realize it's destructive and codependent and breeds jealousy. I need to change but it's a real deep pattern. Quite cemented in there.

I have gone thru the same thing....the more I do for myself the better I get...its not easy that's for sure but it gets better.
