My hands hurt when I get upset or if someone hurts my feelings.
It’s uncomfortable. They’ll hurt for hours after as well.

Mind and body are interconnected and that shows you still have some emotional health left. When I was younger I used to get a sick stomach and headache when someone hurt me in some way or made me upset but i’ve felt that way so much it just went away lol
