My photo was rejected on another site for such a stupid reason

Anything you do with your own profile has to be verified before the changes take place. I don't like it but I see why and I accept it. However, I uploaded 1 photo of myself, the only one of me that I actually like... and it was rejected because I'm holding a cat.
Apparently you can't show pictures with animals in it... oh, unless they're fish and your fishing. I'm not a vegetarian or anything, I love eating fish but this is just stupid because it means that you can upload pictures of you hurting an animal, making it suffocate and probably killing it so you can eat it but you can't upload a picture of you harmlessly holding your sisters cat.

What the hell?
