My photo was rejected on another site for such a stupid reason

@rckt148 I'm not saying they can't enforce it. I'm just saying it's fucking stupid.

@Redstar I agree with you ,,but as one who has been an enforcer of TOS ,,you give some an inch they take a mile
So I used the TOS like a Bible ,,if you agreed with it to make an account ,,then you agreed to me terminating your account too ,,,I did let something slide
But to have a reputations of a Just person
The same rules have to apply to everyone ,,no exceptions
But I hear you ,,sometimes following just the letter is overkill ,and amendments need to be made ,,but they have to fit everyone ,,,or else everyone ignores the rules

@rckt148 This is a stupid rule, though. And I only found out about it AFTER the picture was rejected. Obviously by signing up to their siite I agreed to their rules, that's fine but there was no reason for any logical person to think that holding a cat in a photo would get that photo rejected.
I'm not asking for exception, as I pretty much already said in my previous comment.
This doesn't even not fit anyone. No one is going to complain to the staff about seeing a cat in a picture when there is nothing bad happening to that cat.
I can't believe I'm even having to explain this to someone....

@Redstar Actually you do not have to explain anything to me ,,I have had many stories and pics deleted on other sites
they were religious in nature ,so people that hate hearing about God had them deleted ,,,I appealed ,my stuff was restored ,,an actually person looked at my content ,,not a bot or a filter
I had so many people report me on Ep ,just for sharing about my true experiences ,,,someone on staff actually became my friend over it ,and told me how to fight back ,,
Myself and others turned the tides
Mess with kids ,,post porn ,,,then I came after you
but I also enforced the rules even if the member violating them was a friend ,,,I warned them ,,showed them the rule they broke ,,,if they told me to "F" off ,,,their account was terminated by Admin ,,not me ,,
I get why you would be upset ,it was a harmless pic
I would appeal its removal ,,them it could be reinstated

When they knew it was a violation ,,that was my experience
20,000 pics and stories a month that were porn
When the rules said NO TITILLATION ,which is anything that sexually arouses ,,pic ,cartoon ,story
But ,most of the members ignored the rules
and EP waited until it was to out of control to stop them
and most of the paying customers that actually contributed to the site had left over it ,,
I was merely trying to have an adult conversation ,,

@rckt148 Real people on redhotpie look at these things, that's how they're decided if they're allowed or not. Or at least that's what they say on their website.
I don't know why you keep talking about your own personal experience on completely unrelated website as if it contributes in any way to this conversation.
I'm not going to bother trying to fight what happened to me because if they would allow it, it wouldn't be a rule not to have it. But I'm surprised you'd say that after what you were talking about how there are no exceptions to the rules.

Ok.... accept I didn't know it was a violation of the rules because as I already stated, no logical person would conclude that holding a cat would be a violation of the rules.

I was asked to help mediate on many sites ,our experience in cleaning up sites made us also known on other sites ,even this one ,,we were not bullies ,we only helped enforce the TOS ,,everyone agrees to in order to create an account,

I was just trying to hold a mature conversation with you ,not be an ass as you are attempting to be ,being rude when I was just sharing why I think you could appeal it ,even if it is a rule ,,Admin has the power to amend things
Like adult content allowed here as long as its marked adult
The members were given a chance to decide if it would be allowed . the majority said yes
