I just a overwhelming desire to sulk and ponder about my love interests.

do 2 things you know you should be doing but aren't.
Exercise and better yourself so you're not pining and you'll feel better about yourself and it'll make you feel good anyway.
I read a bit as well.

I just distract myself & try not to think about the negative shit. It's easier said then done, tho.
