Anxiety makes me so goddamn awkward

I overthink everythingggg ๐Ÿ˜ญ and normally I'm fine in social situations, but recently I've been super self-conscious about everything I do and say :(

Don't look inward during social situations. Focus on the external, instead, and it may help.

In addition, moving your body has been shown to decrease anxiety. Jumping up and down, going for a brief walk around the room, etc.
