A lot of the things I was thinking of are covered by the two things you've mentioned. People who try to gaslight me (try to make me question my own memory, or even my own sanity) especially bother me.
Also:
People who ask me questions and then either talk over me or walk away when I'm trying to answer them. People who stand in front of the exits on the bus when there are plenty of seats available. People who smoke on the train. People who don't respect my personal boundaries.
