What is the difference between being intelligent and behaving intelligent according to you?

Some people are intelligent. But they don't know how to use it to their advantage.

But you can't behave intelligent unless you're intelligent. But you don't necessarily have to behave intelligent to be intelligent. I, for example, see myself as intelligent. But I'm very reserved so I never care to show that to anyone. Hm, I said "intelligent" way too many times.
