Not outdoors, but I’ve been through an EF-4 tornado that destroyed a lot of the town I was living in at the time.

@SW-User It was. It was very eerie walking out into the streets afterwards. A pretty large town in pure silence, aside from the sirens of all the first responders. It was something straight out a horror movie.

@Native Wow. A tornado of that size hasn't hit my area since 1990, the infamous EF-5 that hit Plainfield, Illinois.

@SW-User They’re brutal, this was about 9 years ago in central Mississippi.
