It stays in place, in humidity, or freezing conditions, yes indeed.

It stays in place... OVERNIGHT.

It's the only foundation I trust in now. And heck, I buy ELF powder. Lol.

@KayraJordyn I don't wear foundation but I would like an eyeliner that doesn't run when it's humid.

I'm not much of an eyeliner girl... I use shadow: Mary Kay, Clinique or Sheer Cover, dipped in water as liner.
