Is Racism a learned behaviour?

I don't think anyone can be born hating another person for no reason, it's all learned behaviour. Racists infuriate me and it's truly disgusting. Sometimes I try to sit and understand why though, I've came to realise though these people are just looking for someone to blame and take out there own insecurities, other times they've been from shit backgrounds and fell into a group of people who tell them it's this group of people or it's the Immigrants messing society up & the sad thing is people are always blaming the minorities when in reality most of the time, it's the leaders they should have a problem with.
