I think I got a drinking problem.

Lately I've been hitting the bottle pretty hard. I promised my girlfriend I wouldn't drink, or at least not drink around her in honor of her choice. It's just I might've gotten addicted to my whiskey...it doesn't help me either because I'm not feeling my usual self anymore. I'm more sad and angry at times when I drink. It's just 6:42 in the morning, I'll want it later, but I'm getting cravings now because I'm already deficient in certain things like Iron and drinking is making it worse. Ugggh.

So, let's take a poll. Do I dump out what's left of the bottle and sober up?
Or do I keep it and just not buy anymore of the hard stuff?

I think you should keep it! Put it up on a shelf in full view at all times. Let it remind you of yesterday, every time you look at it. Always remember, the whiskey was made for people who have no willpower and lots of disposable income. But also remember, it's not the whiskey! It's your addiction that you are really having a problem with. If the whiskey is gone, something else will replace it very quickly! The whiskey has nothing to do with this conversation! It only serves as the current scapegoat.
