No more social media. Cell phones are mostly offline due to cell towers lack of electricity. You heard that D.C.still has working cell towers. Internet servers are down. People have banded together in groups. Return to earth living is a must. You have seen lately ship building, bullet making, canning in preparation for winter, and a man welding custom car parts. The cities still have well stocked grocery stores but without a support crew walking around in them can be dangerous due to plague, ferral animals and looters and gangs.
