Holiday seasons

Does anyone else hate holidays? I hate them so much! I used to love Christmas with all my heart. Now I cry from Dec 1-Jan 3. I hate the fighting, the ignorant words, the pain of kids that don't talk to you any more & the fact that ypure just no longer needed or good for anything. Why do I even bother? Next year will be different I promise.

okay I probably shouldn't do this but I am going to take wild ass guess based on your age alone that your kids are grown and doing their own thing. That said they are just doing what young people do, they are trying to establish themselves as adults and tend not to spend much time thinking about their parents. At leas that is what I tell my self about my own kids.
