The seating plan is out 😐

The regional director who keeps asking me out, & I keep declining [b]has[/b] seated me beside him at the top of the table. Workmate has been teasing me that this would happen for weeks.

I really can’t believe it.

So, fun times! There’ll be all kinds of rumours & hateful crap flying about the place tomorrow.

This is hell on wheels.

It’s toxic and doesn’t belong in anyone’s culture. Not a company I work for or I partially own.

It’s your choice but I think both your attitudes are toxic for a culture.

I typically notice this (if it’s as bad as you say) well before “everyone knows.” I have had no problem either going to the person directly, going to their manager, or going to HR.

I’m happy you can take care of yourself. The offender needs to know how to exist in a corporate environment beyond the 1980’s.

@SW-User Lol! No, not a story made up for drama. I don’t do that. But I appreciate that you neeed to suggest that in an attempt to belittle &/ or discredit me. This has always been your style so I’m not in the least suprised.

Funny though, I’ve always though that a man who insists he’s so clean cut & egalitarian should feel the need to resort to such tactics on as regular a basis as you do. It’s always tickled me.

Everyone does know, yes. He has this way about him that is amusing enough to keep people on side. There’s a very calculated manner to this man. I do agree that he is very much stuck in the 1980s though.

It’s true. I always see it from the “corporate” side. The owners pay me to keep the ship going. In due time, none of us will exist at the company but hopefully we have left it better than when we started.
