Don't sleep all day and you'll be really sleepy at around 6+ p.m. And then go to sleep at like 8 p.m. Though, you'll probably wake up at like 2-3 a.m. So don't be troubled, it's normal. Just don't sleep during the day. And the schedule will get normalized.
