Me too (the sleep), and I figure that's why I'm sometimes tired and listless. But I'm 67.

Go online. Look for nutrition sites that can tell you what your body needs. Maybe see a sleep specialist. That made a world of difference for me, although I'm still trying to right my lifelong wrecked ship of sleep.
I did not know I was actually terrible at sleeping. I thought I was lazy. I found out my brain wasn't telling my body to breathe when I was asleep (awake, I handle it subconsciously) and I was waking up about twoce a minute gasping for breath.
Investigate till you find out what needs fixed and you won't have to struggle for the next forty years.@wackidywack
