Are mental health illnesses being over diagnosed?

Recently, it seems as if everyone is getting diagnosed with a mental illness for things we would deem “normal.”

Yes absolutely and it is very unhealthy as we need adversity to grow. This book written by a drug company exec. explains a lot.
