Is it better to be cremated rather than buried?

Now a days more people are being cremated rather than buried, I used to think that cremation was horrible but lately i think it is far better, when you think it is a cleaner process and it saves space, after all our bodies are completely inflammable.I had arranged a few years ago to be buried but now have changed my mind, what are the views of SW folks.

idk i have issues with burning a body. I get that it’s dead. There’s just something about burning a human that just doesn’t sit right with me.

@DoubleRings I can sympathise I used to feel that way as well but i have changed my views.

@DoubleRings Well it doesn't really matter after we are dead what happens to our body and it certainly saves space in cemetaries.

i know but it still seems like burning a human body isn’t right. that doesn’t help me think of it more positively. @SW-User

@DoubleRings Well we still have a choice and that is the main thing, if you are happy to be buried that is fine,my mother and father were buried and i felt better about it at the time, i would have been more distressed if they had been cremated.
