I hate how unbelievably disturbing my thoughts can be...
Its worse too when i havent had the chance to sleep a whole lot and i feel paranoid as a result on top of that. If theres one thing i wanna work on above everything else for myself, it would be getting rid of or at least reducing the frequency of these thoughts. Ive fixed most of my other major issues. I can sure as hell fix this one too.
