Taking a step back, if you have injuries from this attack, get medical attention. Tell them what happened, because they will be able to help you start the process. Plus, there will be better documentation of the extent of the attack, which will then help them prosecute your attackers.

@Waymore I interpreted this as the person asking what to do about an actual attack. If we're talking hypothetically, then yes, my attacker(s) had better bring their lunch, because I would fight back.
