What kind of racism do you find socially acceptable?

Do you think there are aspects of racism that are healthy for a society or do you condemn any and all things racist?

And i am talking about the broad racism here. It includes small talk, assuming things based on ethnicity, body language.

I think it's ridiculous when someone gets offended and defensive when a person coming from a country with very low racial awareness asks biased or stereotypical things regarding another race. I read about an example where an Asian girl asked a black man whether he can run fast and they marked it as racist.
