Next you gotta be strong and brave and ask father God into your life, so I choose midnight moon lite hours to go outside and talk to good alone,. Just you and the white moon lite. From childhood untill today life, then leave it at the Lord feet . N go home.
Day 2 get off your stubborn attitude and find your way into you tube,. To search your top 5 fav songs. Then play them loud, and alone again. At that point come ask Jimmy your next step.

I don't understand it that well. I have a strong sense of "mind of matter" so personally I'm usually able to stave off negative emotions by making a conscious effort. Every now and then I feel depressed but never for more than a day or two. So I don't really know how to relate to someone who struggles with depression. I've been told it's pretty grim though. Depressed people have told me that sometimes they don't even feel sad or despondent so much as they just feel a lack of anything.

its something very complex, one of the biggest problems is that depression have been used to talk about things that arent depression, for example, i am a depressive person, i feel worthless and negative most days. but some people can fail a test and say "i am depressed" when that isnt the case.

the best way to help someone with depression, is just being with them and not let them feel like they got nothing or are nothing.
Nope. Just suck it up. Like I have to with my anger.

I don't think it ever leaves you. But you can certainly learn to live with it. If it gets really bad the various medications can help and you shouldnt be ashamed to look at them. You learn to adjust.

It can't be cured, it's like a disability one was born with, and there is no exact way to cope it with or stop it from consuming life. As one with it, I avoid triggers and shut myself away in solitude so I can refresh.

It can take great effort to stave off its all consuming nature. Curing it is impossible, so coping is the best one can hope for each day.

Honestly, I smoke too much weed to give it much thought, but believe that underneath, I might be.
