Do you ever stay awake longer than necessary?
It's now quarter to twelve at night. I'm tired. My eyes are heavy. I could fall asleep so easily... yet, for some reason, I'm choosing to do everything but sleep.

I feel like this often. I suffer from nightmares and also night terrors. I have had this problem since I was 5. Besides the obvious, I find myself staying awake for no reason. Idk if it’s the fear of waking up scared as I often do, or if it’s just one of those mysteries humans deal with.
