I don't believe in depression

I strongly believe that the happiness of others are also your happiness.. this will not let anyone alone be empty.. I agree that depression is a state of too much self centeredness, one constantly feels that others are inadequate of easing one's discomfort. When one is freed from the walls of their selfishness, no one will experience such state of mind.

You’re a fucking moron.
@BrattyMel I wish people would take it easy on this lady. She wasn't trying to insult anyone. I have serious issues and the VA tries to feed me a pharmacy's worth of pills. I wasn't offended by what she said. I think there might be a mild culture barrier here. I don't think she was referring to clinical depression, and she might have very limited knowledge about clinical depression. She might not know about seratonin and dopamine , acetylcholine, gaba, endorphins , etc etc....I mean it's almost as complicated as a game of cricket!

@puck61 not cultural dude, may it be lifestyle or habits ...it is about attitude before it will lead to clinical depression...just like before addiction comes worse is the same about the sadness if it is tolerated by ones thinking which program it's body..it will lead to clinical depression. think about it?
@Sepia I was trying to defend you, but you don't seem to understand that clinical depression is an actual physiological thing. There is an actual observable malfunction inside the skull.

@puck61 I see that..I do understand...that is legit but points are somewhere before it is about to start. Thank you for the insight
Chiffon, when such a delicate and complex procedure takes place there is always the potential for malfunction. A person's 'bad attitude' does not cause the sudden or gradual malfunction of of synaptic neurological configuration, no more than a bad attitude can directly break your arm!
