Right now, given all the backlash he's gotten, I'd say Colin Kaepernick. At first I thought the media was making something out of nothing, but despite his protest costing him his job, his earnings, his future job prospects, nearly all of his endorsements, and alienating a lot of fans, he's not backed down at all from his convictions. I have to respect somebody that believes in a cause that strongly.
It reminds me of Muhammad Ali losing his heavyweight title, getting arrested, and having his boxing license revoked by refusing to go to war against Vietnam
