What is it like?
Does it feel like your drowning in your Own thoughts or you cant breathe?

@strugguling2bhuman it feels like pure hell every thing that makes others happy makes you hate being alive it hurts soo much I am soo lost I feel like I am living on the other side I remember what I felt like being dead I was soo happy there I am in soo much pain my mind feels like a weight on my body it makes it really hard to move sometime

@strugguling2bhuman it's your own personal hell and it never goes away without help I Friday times to get help but no one cared to help just turned me away
