Last night. I was upset. I ran here. I saw the kindness and love left for me here. I was so touched. How this world helps me in the other one. I am so blessed. I know it will turn out okay. I have faith in my strength and in the world and thankful so much for my friends. They help me so much. I lack words. It is hard to try to get someone to understand how life works. How it isn't always easy to live life. And how one must concentrate mostly upon the things one can do and not one's limitations. I am okay. I was soon as I read the words here. And felt the love.

This morning. I don’t know why.

Last week as I was in severe physical pain.

I use to be so guarded and stoic.
Grief rendered me a daily shedder of tears.
It seems silly to me now that I spent so much of my life fearful of tears.
As humans, one of our greatest design features is our ability to feel emotions. Tears are our top-notch natural release for pain and suffering.
For me, a good cry, is akin to being able to set my burdens down and feel my own lightness. Letting go is spiritual to me, I feel a deep connection to the Universe and The Divine and feel a soothing, loving comfort from that connection.

Couple of years ago when we put my dog down.

Last week while I was driving during a really lovely sunset. I missed someone I shouldn't.

I only cry when I fear the future or remember someone

Been a few days ago, we were cleaning out some things from my grandmothers. She had to be out into a private duty care home.

A couple hours ago when I heard my friend had a very difficult birth and the baby was smaller than expected

Currently, because I just don't want to live anymore.
