Do you sleep on your stomach ?

I can’t even lay on my stomach without it being uncomfortable

I used to always sleep on my side but in the last two years I've been sleeping on my stomach or sides :-/ even got a little sleep apnea because of it.

@Peppa oh! I did hear about that happening. The sleep apnea formed from sleeping on your stomach ?

@Stark yes. Obstructing the airway is highly likely explains my weight gain. Lol
