Basically everything except science and technology. Which we're losing the lead on, ever since they decided not to build the Large Hadron Collider in Texas.
Once we lose the scientific leadership, it's game over.
Oh, and the irony there is that the only reason we have the lead still is because we buy other country's geniuses with the H1-B visa, while neglecting our own.
So, the thing that makes America the greatest, imo, doesn't even come from America.
