Seeded.
Seedless watermelons have all the flavor of moist styrofoam. The flavor and sweetness have been bred out of them. Due to the lack of mature seeds, the melon wont get big. T the seed pouch (sac) in most melons is surrounded by "goop" (non-technical term) that helps the seeds get ready to grow. Since the "seeds" in a seedless melon never mature, this sac isn't formed and the melon is smaller.
I feel sorry for people who only know seedless watermelons and think that's how watermelons are supposed to taste. The best place to find good, sweet seeded melons (outside of growing your own) is at a farmers market. They should have a hollow thunk when tapped, and the skin shouldn't give when rubbed.
