I want to push my self

I’m a chef and I’m feeling like I’m in a shitty place, I’ve got a great girlfriend who understand me, yet I want to push my self at cheffing I’ve been at good places yet I want to work in a Michelin star restaurant I worked at one before when pushing for a star we never got it, yet now I need to know I need to know that I’m able to be the best.... is that wrong?
