Is reproduction a responsibility of a citizen to their country?

@SW-User Lol Thank you. That's much better, but I actually was referring to when you become too straightforward to me specifically. I get that you're an honest and plainspoken guy and I'm trying to get used to it, but it saddens me sometimes because there are nicer ways you can express that same opinion without hurting people's feelings.

@SW-User I'm blunt. I don't like making you wonder what I'm meaning when I say something and what I'm really thinking. Maybe I could say it differently, I don't mean to hurt your feelings. Written communication is not my favorite.
