What would you need to hold onto in order to stay as close to who you are right now?

Not counting intimate family moments, like births, I’m going with the moment I looked out at the baseball field when my dad brought me to my very first game (Shea Stadium). The green grass and just whole view was overwhelming. I remember it like it just happened but it was over 55 years ago.
