What is your personal method of deleting memories?

I do not think it possible and they're just going to have to stay there till the oltimers disease catches up with me.
They say ev’rything can be replaced

@SW-User The saving grace is I have an emotional filter just as a faucet might have a water filter. The emotional toxins are removed but the memories remain
