Happiness is a state of mind that we are able to control Way to many people depend on others for their "happiness" and this will never work out in the long term. I am so proud of you for striving to be on the right path and enjoy the journey.

I'm doing real good today not looking forward to going to my doctors today cuz I really don't wanna go out but other than that I've been smiling all day
