Are you doing what your age range typically tends to do ?😐

Idk if that makes sense but I’m extremely far behind in these yearly spring break beach trips. 💀😅

What is this "spring break"? I keep hearing it online but have never worked out what it is.
@NakedExperiment a break you take in the spring ?😐 like summer break, Christmas break, or thanksgiving break. Like any other break given in school

Ah - We have Christmas Holiday, Easter Holiday and Summer Holiday. Each of the three terms is split by a half-term holiday too (usually just 3-5 days).

Here a "break" would be when you go away for a few days.
@NakedExperiment yeah, it’s a week long..so it’s more than a few days. We have all except easter break.

@Stark So what do you call the holiday between the spring and summer terms? (That's usually 2 weeks here but it varies between schools).
@NakedExperiment 🤔we don’t have one, we have spring break and then there’s not another break until summer break and after summer it starts the fall which are the previous holidays I mentioned.
So depending on the school,
Thanksgiving break, Christmas break which is usually attached with New Years, spring break, and then summer break and they usually are a week each although I think Christmas or thanksgiving can be around two weeks each depending on the school.

@Stark Okay - Mostly different system then.
@NakedExperiment what holidays do you guys have?

@Stark I'm well clear of school now, but we have three school terms. There's a two-week holiday between winter and spring terms, usually two weeks and encompassing New Years etc., another two-week holiday between spring and summer terms and then a six week holiday in the summer. That applies from age 3 to age 17/18. Some universities use the same layout, others use a two-term system (not sure why) with longer holidays to compensate for the missing one.
