What is the best psychological anime you've ever seen?

I have watched anime for about 10 years now and still cannot speak Japanese anyway I want to know what are some of the best psychological anime's you have seen that like inspires a person? I like to watch an amv of the anime when I am done with the anime..

@SW-User I have! I actually own that on DVD for some reason as well haha. I've watched it four or five times and I'm STILL not quite sure what happens in it. 😅
