Trying to ignore the noise of a children moron , I am calm right now but deep deep in side I wanna grab a baseball bat and crack his head open

@SW-User a grown man chasing mice with a pipe , banging the pipe on the floor saying noise will keep them away, that's just one example.
I have been living next door with that moron for years, one day I am gonna snap one day I am gonna lose control and actually grap that baseball bat.

That's going to happen very soon, we are kinda living in the same house each one of has his own side and we pay the rent to the same owner.
There only one door between those sides and its always locked.
