Do humans understand war more than peace?

Our society has been dominated by it for the last 10,000 or so years, sadly. It's a shame the Indus Valley Civilization didn't emerge the dominant one, though it's understandable why a mostly unarmed civilization wouldn't be able to resist violent invaders.

@SW-User One must be able to defend themselves, the universe is a violent place, so in some sense yes. It is, however, sad that it has enabled violence to grow over the years way it has. I don't think we innately understand war better, I think the Indus Valley Civilization is proof of that, but I just think we have allowed it to infect us and fester.
