You can't. Lying can be done so smoothly that ya can't tell. It depends on the person and how they feel about lying

You can cover up your body language. Lying doesn't have a natural response. People react that way out of nervousness. If you can lie about something without being nervous and convince yourself and the other well, you won't be easily caught :p
