What's rude is that he doesn't care about her feelings on the matter and doesn't put her into consideration when he acts. He sounds like an immature brat to me, a boy and not at all a man.

I have clear that a person can’t force another to do what (s)he doesn’t want to do, specially when it comes to personal convictions.
Being vegetarian is a respetable option as eating meat.
In my opinion, the boyfriend should learn to respect a little more other’s views.

It is up to her what she allows. He can't "force" her to do anything, and if that is happening she should have a talk with him about it. If they can't agree, then maybe he isn't the man for her.

Sounds like another case of a woman trying way too hard to please an insensitive and rude boyfriend. In a case like this, I can only imagine all the other things she'll accommodate for him, all the other areas where what she feels, believes and prefers will be ignored.

She’s stupid for buying and preparing meat for him. Her “ethics” are conditional and he’s taking advantage of that. He obviously has no respect for her beliefs, which are shaky in her desire to please him. And if they’ve just started dating, she’s really a fool. This kind of thing doesn’t get better with time.
