Why do I feel like self harming when frustrated or angry with others?

I hate the thought. Any time I'm mad or irritated, I want to lash out. Only not at the other person, to myself.

Are you self-loathing at all?

I am the same way, and I don't understand it fully either.

@LifeInMyEyes Do you find you feel guilty often?

Yes. Most definitely

@LifeInMyEyes I don't know for sure, but I because I'm the same, I'd kind of guess what we do is turn our anger inward because we sort of think that we caused the problem, even though the other person made us angry, we're so used to being angry at ourselves and blaming ourselves for everything, it just makes you want to stab yourself. :( That's how I feel, anyway.

I'm sorry you struggle with it too. :(
