I think it's a shitty irresponsible thing to do.
Not only are the people being terrified and police resources being wasted, but someone could actually get hurt or killed if something goes wrong.

Anyone who does it or thinks it's funny is an idiot child.

Pretty stupid especially since that guy lost his life not too long ago.

Not funny, what if there is a real emergency?

Whoever does it to someone should be dragged out into the street, beaten down and then finally chained to a lamp post. ʕ ᵔᴥᵔʔ
