Not by whining about it to everyone, nonstop.

Find out what is wrong--take steps to fix it.

Fulfill or work towards fulfilling all human needs, via Maslow's Hierarchy of Human Needs. Exercise, nutrition, socialization, proper sleep, supplementation, introspection, outlets, distractions, etc.
