really hard, makes me feel guilty.. sometimes I have to. Especially when it comes to babysitting. I babysit for my friends all the time but I only ask them when I have no other option, like I have a dentist appointment or I have work and its school holidays.. I will forego anything fun like parties or movies rather than ask for a sitter then though.

I have no problem at all asking for help, because I am always first to offer help when I become aware of someone needing it.

I can’t ask for help either. I could be on the verge of dying and I still wouldn’t.

I prefer not to ask unless I've exhausted every approach I could on my own first
