Closest thingive experienced to that would be precognitive dreams/deja vu?

After it happens I always feel a little lost. Like I paused my life briefly before restarting it. 🤷🏽‍♂️

anticipation

It starts with a warm feeling...

I don't have psychic moments as I believe such abilities do not exist - Although a similar feeling (I can imagine) is when I let my thoughts run wild. It's something like chillilyblue wrote - Anxiety due to anticipation of something you know won't arrive yet feels so close and real, almost to a point where you question reality itself, perhaps some cold sweat is included, and then things settle down and you regain composure.
