I just reread this question. Basically you're saying the only two choices are sex with a copy or death! That really isn't a choice at all. It's die or be raped. Because to me, being forced to have sex with someone is rape.

@Serenitree it's poorly phrased I guess. but you'd be the one raping, not being raped, also soul mate implies they're cool with it... so, you wouldn't really be raping... you'd just either be able to have sex with a poor version of your soul mate or have a soul mate but no sex

1- choose the soulmate and have no sex
