Releasing it, acknowledging its a valid emotion and giving it a healthy outlet. And usually after releasing it clarity comes. And better understanding of its roots.

Anger comes from feeling lack of power/control in someway. So long as you don't suppress it and can release it, channeling that energy in safe & constructive ways (some creative expression and working out physically) you can see why you have this anger and maybe trace it to where it originated. Emotions like anger don't have control you but let them show you what you need to know of them to be free馃晩

@TheLoveAge What if expressing it isn't truly cathardic for an individual? I mean, it occurs consistently, you even know the source but can't uproot it?

@ChiRho The only thing I can think of is to connect emotionally in other ways. To help gain better understanding of the anger and why it's reoccurring. You're right, it's going to be different for some, and that's ok. It'll take different approaches and some time to see the patterns to see the anger better. It's just a thought馃挋

Best thing to do is make time often to rest and take it easy too馃 In a calmer state things can come to the surface without much effort and can give you clues to what's going internally.
